Music Notation with Sibelius

Saturday, 19 November | 10.30 am - 5 pm | €100
Taught by Sibelius expert Rory Pierce and taking place in the New School's music technology lab, on individual PC workstations equipped with Sibelius software and MIDI keyboards, this workshop is an extensive introduction to Sibelius, the world’s most popular music notation software.

Bluegrass Fiddle Basics

Saturday, 26 November | 3 - 5.30 pm | €40
Taught by the excellent bluegrass fiddle player and teacher Cathy McEvoy, this unique 2 ½-hour workshop will introduce authentic bluegrass fiddle techniques and tunes to violin or Irish fiddle players with some previous experience.
