Term Re-enrolment

Three to four weeks before the end of each term, we distribute re-enrolment information to all term-enrolled, group course and ensemble students and parents. If you wish to continue your/your child's lessons, course or ensemble, we ask you to complete and sign the appropriate form, and return it, together with tuition fee or credit card details, to the school office, to arrive no later than one week before the end of term. Private lesson students re-enrolling on or before this deadline can be guaranteed their day, time and teacher. However, if we do not receive your re-enrolment form and fees by one week before the end of term, we will assume that you are not re-enrolling and may offer your place on our timetable to a student on our waiting list or to a newly enrolled student. Students/parents wishing to change lesson days, times or lengths in the new term should contact the school office during the re-enrolment period.

Year Re-enrolment

For the new school year, we do require that all students – those re-enrolling as well as those new to the school – fully complete a new enrolment form. Enrolment cannot be confirmed and students cannot be scheduled until we receive completed enrolment forms and applicable tuition fees. We process and schedule enrolments in order of receipt and recommend booking early, since teachers’ timetables fill up quickly.

Group Course & Workshop Re-enrolment

There are three re-enrolment options available to group course students, which your teacher will discuss with you:

1. Continuation Group Course or Workshop. If 4 or more students are interested, and your teacher has timetable availability, another 10-week group course can be scheduled. The fee will be the same as that of your current group course.
2. Partner or Small Group Lessons. You can choose to continue lessons with a partner or in a 3-student group to the end of the next term or year. Partner and group lesson fees are listed on our website and enrolment forms. Please note that booking of group lessons cannot be confirmed until enrolment forms and tuition fees are received from all group members. 
3. Private Lessons. Private lesson fees are listed on our website and enrolment forms.

Ensemble Re-enrolment

Ensemble students can choose to enrol either term-by-term or for the entire year. If students enrol for the term, we do require re-enrolment before each new term.
