Please complete this form if you would like to enrol yourself or your child for in-school or online private (one-to-one), partner (two students) or small group lessons (three or four students), a group course or an ensemble, with Waltons New School of Music.

If you would like to book an Intensive Lesson or Irish Music Taster, use one of these forms instead:

Please Note

• This is an enrolment – not an enquiry – form, so please complete it only if you intend to enrol yourself or your child. If you would like to make an enquiry about tuition with the New School, please use our Contact Form instead.
• Submission of this form does not guarantee a place on our timetable for lessons or a place in one of our group courses or ensembles, and payment of the tuition fee, or deposit and payment plan arrangement, is required to confirm your / your child’s enrolment. To be fair to other enrolling students, we can’t reserve places provisionally.
• Except for our group courses, which you can both enrol in and pay for with this form, we will get in touch after you submit the form to arrange your / your child’s lessons, teacher(s), day(s) and time(s) or place in one of our ensembles. We will then send you an invoice to pay online, take your payment over the phone or arrange a time for you to drop by the school office to pay in person.
