Waltons New School of Music
In addition to enrolling for lessons in the widest range of instruments, subjects and genres of any music school in Ireland, we are also now enrolling for a number of acclaimed group courses, workshops and ensembles, both in-school and online, taking place in our Second Term (January – March 2024).
Our in-school (in-person) courses and ensembles take place in the New School itself, and we have extensive equipment and procedures in place to make the school as safe as possible during the time of COVID-19. (See our COVID-19 Safety Policy page for more information on what we have done, as well as the protocols we expect all in-school students and visitors to follow.)
And our online courses and workshops take place where you are, which can be anywhere in Ireland or around the world. (See our Online Tuition Programme page for more information.)

Introducing Music Technology is an inexpensive and practical course designed to teach beginners how a computer/laptop and free music production software can be used to produce professional-quality recordings at home. And Ableton Live Basics is an essential introduction to one of the best DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations) available.
